We’re happy to assist with exchanges for items of equal value within 7 days of delivery. Since Roy's Clay Co. ceramics are often one-of-a-kind, exchanges may not always be possible. In such cases, we’ll provide store credit or a refund (excluding shipping costs). Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

Items approved for exchange must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please pack items securely to avoid breakage and use tracking to prevent loss. Roy's Clay Co. is not liable for lost or damaged returns. Thank you for supporting handmade art!
